Based on the popular Body For Life, this is the ultimate challenge for you! 12 weeks to train hard, to burn body fat, to build and tone muscle, to be a stronger, fitter you!

Package consists of:

  • 3 x 60 min sessions a week
  • Weekly weigh ins
  • Fortnightly Body Composition Testing
  • Nutritional Guidelines based on Body for Life principles
  • Training and Food Diary
