Personal Training Rates – Casual Rate
If you are already working out and just looking at staying on track, then casual sessions will give you the flexibility that you want.
Or, if you just want to dip your toe into the world of personal training and want to see if it is for you, then you can book as many or as few sessions as you feel comfortable with. Of course, a prescribed programme will always give better results 
If you are training and want to give your workout an overhaul, then come and see me and I can write a customised workout and/or nutrition programme (you don’t need to be a member of Les Mills or even see me regularly for this service)
Cost: $65 per 1 hour session

$35 per half hour session
